front licence plate surround wtb

iI am looking for a licence plate surround for the front .I have seen one on a c5 over here (england) .It just looks like the number plate is screwed to the bumper through the edge of the surround ? about 2 inches of colored plastic fits flush to the number plate and the front ( tapers in from bumper to plate ) i know this sounds a bit vague but i hope someone can help ? dont need it colored (i used to own a paint shop )
