I did the flushed tail lights, and I took the so called kit off faster than it took me to put it on.
I *totally* agree. I thought this kit looked cool in pictures online, but once I got it and tried installing it I was very disappointed and trashed it.
I installed my two-tone yellow and black leather boots and door handles from redlinegoods.com.
Disclaimer: The product is VERY high quality item and it was shipped on time and the transaction was nothing short of perfect. However, I got ahead of myself and didn't notice that the yellow didn't really match MY.
So I have decided when I am not feeling too lazy I will get single-tone black from redlinegoods again. Standup vendor and definitely recommend them
I did the flushed kit and loved it!! My only regret was I got a VERY inexpensive one that had black screws that rusted within a couple of weeks!! Even though it was inexpensive,,after I got it,,I thought CHIT I could have done this for about what shipping cost!!Still like the look!
I just got a flush kit with seals. I haven't put in on yet, waiting for the halo's. I was starting to get worried when More and more people didn't like the flush kit.

Me too!
I had mine on one week and took them off after seeing a Chevy Cobalt with similar lights. Not sure why I even did it as I now think the sunk-in OEM look is so much better and make the C5 butt unique!

Probably the only mod that I wish I had done differently was on my '00 when I had the stripes on the MCM hood painted on instead of just using vinyl. Kept getting little rock chips and of course they were always in the black stripe part of the hood. Would have been much easier and cheaper to have been able to just replace the vinyl.
Only mod I have done so far that I don't like is the one where you put the inserts on the dash (corvette lettering on passenger side). Maybe it is just the light oak color.. but anyway, I took them off the next day. I have the lt oak emblem on the steering wheel - from same company - and I like that there, though.
I WANT to do the SS inserts on rear - but I go back and forth over wanting anything on the back besides what is already there. One day I think it looks next.. I'm like So.. it probably won't get done.
Not much of a mod, but one A hole of a vendor that sells insulation and partitions sent me a crappy partition and did not follow through on his oft stated wonderful customer service.
Other than that I have been extremely happy with everything I have done as well as all of the other vendors I have dealt with.

Come to think of it, his insulation "kit" fell well short of promised expectations.
I think way too many of us tried the Flush tail light kit.
I only installed one light then took it off right away.
I also bought a cheap set of fog light screens that have since been replaced with a good set.
Well I got my Halo's from JW. Sweet!! The seal flush kit I got off ebay well we'll just say it sucks. the seals only go on the bottom half of the light only and are to thick you can't get the light back in without peeling the seal off the light. The flush kit is some nylon tube spacers and machine screws. the screws are hard to get in all the way without stripping and the light rocks because there is nothing behind the top and bottom. in the garbage the kit goes. good thing I'm only out $20
Cup holder I bought off of ebay, it goes between the seats. Looks like crap and is useless, also should have bought some better quality screens, love the look but side screens keep falling off
