Definitely made my car faster at the track, but did not make any difference at the dyno, actually dynoed 12 hp less. I got mine direct from Vararaam with their power duct. It also came with a money back guarantee if I didn't think it was better. Hard to beat that deal. Installation was OK if you just take your time, and a lift helps. I recommend it.
