Default Dead 02 sensors?

Okay so i have an issue, well alot with my car lately. Car is at the shop getting tuned and we found out the brand new 02 where not reading properly. Easy fix right, throw some new ones in and rock out, WRONG. the new ones still arent reading correctly. They are staying in the 440 to 460 range and while idleing the cars fuel trims just keep going up up up.

The car drives fine the shop says, going to pick up the car in a little while or tomorrow depending on all the situations. Anyways i was wondering if anyone has any idea what can cause the computer to not activate the front 02s.

Also, i have the dreaded service active handling, service abs, service vehicle lights. Thats either got to be a ground issue or a bad ebcm. Is there anyway this issue could be related to non functional 02 situation? My reasoning behind that logic is, think about how closely related our cars are elettrical wise when it comes to grounds. Any time a ground issue arrises you know our cars go haywire, could a bad ground/bad ebcm be the culprit for this situation.

The car is at Vengeance Racing in ATL and i will say one thing. With the issues at hand me and the shop have had our troubles tunning the car. Finding a ship that stands behind what they said/eat words/ bend over back words to make something work means alot. These guys spent a whole day diagnosing on my car for free to see what they could come up with. All because i was a paying customer. They are an awesome group of guys to deal with and would recommend them to anyone who wants to get some good customer service in the ATL area. I am only picking the car up from them before completed because i feel comfident that i can find the issue mysellf, save money, and also learn somethings along the way about electrical side of our cars. God knows i need the electrical issue knowledge.

Big For the Vengeance guys.

02 sims are NOT the fix.. It is the FRONT 02s that are dead. There are LOTS of issues with the engine harness in this Vette.

Dustin, I hope you get it sorted out man. Im sorry we didnt have more time to investigate.

Here is a video to help what you are describing...
