hi guys , what type spark plugs do you used ,what is a good brand, thanks in advance

Before I went S/C I ran AC Delco Iridium plugs and GM Performance Red Wires.

Delco Platniums for longer life
Delco Iridiums for hotter more effecient spark, but they'll wear out faster.

Me too!! The original AC platinum were in terrible shape at 55K when I took them out.It seemed to be running ok,,or so I thought,,,till I put in fresh Iridiums. Man did it run great!!!

Thanks for the referrals!

Lots of customers and friends here have bought the GMPP wires and the Iridium plugs. It is a pretty inexpensive tune-up.

I bought from Gene, exactly those shown in his post above. You can't go wrong with those plugs and wires, or with Gene for that mater. Do yourself a favor, change the wires when you do the plugs!

Look into NGK as well.

I used NGK TR-55 Iridiums and GMPP Red leads

Plan on replacing the wires at the same time because you'll damage at least one lead getting the old ones off.
