I don't think there are measurements anywhere, although I could be wrong. You might have to eyeball it and just go by relative proximity to the gills, mirror, door handle, door gaps, gas cover, etc..
Or maybe have a body shop do it for you. I can't imagine it would cost much more than an hours worth of labor.
