Hi all, thanks for the well wishes and tips. 
The CLM, CAGS, and oil pressure switch relocation kit are all on their way and the missing wheel center caps arrived today!
Yes the car was bought has a rebuilt title and really the damage was fixed very well, just a 10 ft. paint job.
Among the pluses is the car runs and tracks like new, I was able to buy at a reasonable price and I don't have to worry about originality....I really think black maybe in it's future!!
I like to keep my cars a long time so the title is not as important as the car or its condition.
My Anglia has been with me since 1980!!
