As far as dry traction goes, as well as great looks BF GOODRICH G FORCE T/A KDW II'S get the job done. I was amazed at the difference in traction between these and the stock Run Flats. Granted I am running mostly stock in my C5, you take the traction control off and can pin it all the way through the gears with relatively no tire spin, it blew me away. They deal with rain ok also, I havent hydroplaned at all, though I probably owe that to having a healthy amount of tread and not necessarily the tire.
I bumped a size up in width all around. Went with the below sizes. Check out the link they are nice tires, however you do lose the security of the run flats.....
Love these tires..
Tenacious dry grip
Amazing wet grip and hydroplaning resistance
Dont know about wear..we'll see
Look very athletic
being discontinued is what I hear
Heard from othe CF members they are heavily discounted on tirerack and not many left..
I have the Goodyear GS D-3 on the vette in stock sizes and I love them. They have a nice thread pattern as well. I love the way thos GF Goodrich look also.

The GS D-3 do look good. Naturally, as with anything good those would be getting discontiued!!! It never fails. Thanks for posting that pic of the KDWII's, that does them justice.
Thanks for the pics Supereight and Indy the D3s and Bf goodriches look good. I have been thinking about this a lot and after some research I think I may try out the Hankook ventus V12. In the pics earlier in thread they look good there really affordable they took 2nd place in that car and driver test which I hope wasnt biased. I am thinking about going up a size to 255 and 285 also.
