I bought the wheel center raised decals from him a long time ago. I gotta tell ya, the guy was great, a little hard to get a call back but when I got him on the phone he did everything required and more.
I got the impression that he wasnt 100% dedicated to this (the decal thing) and I realized it wouldnt be easy/quick to get a hold of him, but . . .
he was the only one making the type of decals I was looking for.
I could have gone with another vendor, but I decided to go with him because I wanted his product and that decision carries with it my understanding that Im going to have to put up with some unorthodox communication issues.
Not faulting you, but you did describe in your post that you were aware of similar problems others have had when dealing with him, but you decided to use him anyway.
I wouldnt expect you to be happy, but sending an leo ?

Same EXACT experience as I had. To the OP, if you paid by credit card, I'd call them and have them investigate if you can't get a hold of him. Good luck!

i would love to have his info this guy ripped me off for over 100.00 never got my inserts never a refund was promised items would be sent out an nothing 6 months of that BS said he was going through a bad divorce ... not my problem

divorce, illness whatever the case after its happened to 50 people it's not a coincidence
I also agree with people in the world, we are surrounded by them and you have to watch to not turn into one of them with so much negative influence

I;m sorry this happened to you, I hope you get it resolved. I would have never used them in the first place knowing the problems they've had here in the past. The mods are pretty understanding of vendors, so to get banned you gotta suck pretty bad.
