Correct,,as long as the CLB is working(and I have not read of any failures) it sends a signal to the computer that the lock pin is withdrawn and it then allows the fuel system to function. The Factory recall fixes,,failed,,even though my wheel turned the factory "K"harness module failed and my fuel was cut off. Since the CLB install (The K harness is removed and replaced by the CLB)not even a hint of a problem!!
