No one has mentioned it, so I will. I prefer off the stand, unless in a project that it needs to be up. I know a guy that lived here in Reno years ago. Had a house fire, got a call and rushed home. It was on jacks, soooo. Couldn't get it out in time. Burned it up, along with his boat.
You just never know, when an emergency happens and you need to move or use it fast. Just a thought.
If you do put her on stands and the suspension NOT supported (over-kill I believe), be sure to lightly coat the exposed shaft of the shocks with WD40 to avoid rust.
Me personally, just keep her ready for a drive, who knows, you might get a "bonus" day.

No need to put the car on jack stands - all I do is just put a piece of old carpet under each wheel, add a few psi in the tires, Sta-Bil in the gas, a battery tender hooked up, change the oil and cover the car.
When I put her to sleep, I use beveled 2x10's for the four corners and pump up the tires. Keeps the tires off the concrete and easy to move in a hurry. I do all of the rest of the stuff, cover, fuel additive and nite lite!!!
