6'3" here @ 230 lbs, with long torso and I have plenty of headroom in my 2004 coupe. If you swing the door open all the way, it is very easy to get in and out of the C5.

Same stats as Chevy-SS...give or take a few pounds. 99 coupe, I fit fine with my helmet on. You will have no worries. Just move the seat back and arch the front of the seat bottom up a little. I also installed a knee rest to keep my leg off of the tunnel. Still fit comfortably. Fit is relative in my brothers FRC.
I get about 1/2 an inch more head room with the clear roof over the painted carpeted roof. Both work well with the helmet on. FYI

I am 6 2 / 250 and fit just fine. If you get a C5 with a slightly worn seat, where the bottom padding is flattened a bit, you may add .5 to 1 inch of head room by sitting lower.
Now, your bigger issue will be getting out gracefully. You pull into the gas station opposite the hot little number in the Acura and try to look like a Ninja as you exit your C5....it can be tough on the ego, that's for sure!
A coupe with the glass roof adds a few inches of head room. IMO 6 4" you would be fine in a C5 (well dont know if C6 has more head/leg room, but I think C5 has more than any prior)

LOL! That's the truth! My 6'5" friend couldn't get out as easily as he got in. To be fair, he had a cast on his left hand, but watching him try to get out of the driver's seat was kind of funny.
I'm 6'6", 225lbs. I fit just fine in my convertable C5. However I do have a problem driving a manual C6. First and second gear are a little difficult because my knee gets stuck between the shifter and the steering wheel. Almost made a mistake in buying a c6ZO6 until I discovered this problem. I'd say go for the C5, you'll have more leg room.
K, what you do is bend over almost half way at the waist, butt facing the seat, mind your head.
Put your left hand on the door frame bottom and fall/squat back.
Once your but is in the seat, swing your legs in, right hand on the wheel, body facing forward, swivel your hips to get your legs in.

The coupe with the glass top will give you a bit more headroom - but you should fit in any model. Best bet, find an example of each and give it a test fit. Good luck and hope you find one.
I must tell you though, I can't keep my head up straight with my helmet on. I'm going to have my seat brackets modified to sit lower when I get my six point roll bar installed.
