I know you're asking about color and not suggestions for a vendor, however; I thought you might want to research Corvette Pilots gallery via the following post and possibly pick up some ideas.
Corvette Pilot (Mike) has been doing powdercoating as a forum vendor for awhile now....he did mine and many others. Great suggestions for color combos.
I would need to see a picture of a DBG with the red calipers first. My suggestion is gloss black with the letters sanded of course, to see them. Are you running the factory rims as well?
My car being Magnetic Red, I had mine powdercoated to match the exterior color. I think the Z06 red color would have clashed with the magnetic red. I wanted them to be a little more suttle. With DBG being a classier color rather than a sporty color ie: millenium yellow/torch red you might want to consider either the same color as the exterior or black. Let us know which way you go and post some pics.

I had the same dilema when I painted mine. I posted about it when I tried to make the decision. My car is Magnetic Red and the bright red looked too bright and the other colors didn't seem to go very well.
So I happened to be at Lowes one day and the Rustoleum brush on red was VERY close to magnetic red! I brought in a sample of my car paint and the gal at the paint counter spent about 30 minutes playing with the Rustoleum color to match it! So now they are Magnetic Red and look great.
I was concerned that the Rustoleum was not a hi-heat paint but they have been painted for about 5 months now and still look fine.
I only mention this as I think (and just my personal opionion of course) is with a color like the Bowling green, I think you should get the calipers to match the car.
If you try a search there have been loads of posts over the recent past with various options. Red stands out, BGM would be awesome but is the most expensive particularly if you powdercoat them. I prefer the subtle look of black.
As you'll have guessed, I went for black on my Mag Red.
