Its been about a month since I seen my car and it's hard not being able to drive it in this beautiful Wisconsin weather. I've only had the car for only a couple of months so I haven't enjoyed it as much as I wanted. Bought a different winter car to ease the pain but still the withdrawls. Also its hard to see it because it's in a locked warehouse for the winter. Should be living in a warm climate state. At least the Packers are playing good!
Yeah, even in southern Missouri, tomorrow a lot of schools are closed because of snow and ice, etc... haven't driven the cars since before Christmas, I walk by them in the garage and think-Man, these are neat!!!
Well, you will get used to it where you live. Nice to have a C5 to withdraw from! Is the warehouse heated? You can put a coat of wax on it every month... that keeps you in touch.

I do that too..........
glad I'm from SE Texas where you don't have to put the cars up for winter......
A month?! Are you serious? I'd have thought you'd have put it away well before that. I've been in storage for over 3 months now, and this year is killing me. Doesn't help that it's been one of the dryest (sp?) NOV/DEC in recent history.
Just think tho...just 2-3 more months and we'll be back on the road
I feel your pain, I live in southeast Minnesota, 15 below yesterday morning. I have only had my Z since July, and miss it terribly. I am fortunate enough to have it at home, in a heated shop, under a nice blanky, and I get to sit in it and sigh, longing for warmer days to come...... at least the Vikings are kicking ***.....
I feel your pain-Ive been here in Korea for going on 6 months with my '88 waiting for me in storage. I don't even wanna think about all the dust shes gotta be covered with by now

Ditto! Put my Z06 away end of November in storage, haven't seen her since. Just pray for an early spring, brother! I'm up here in Green Bay, so ya, at least we have something to feel good about (Packers in the playoffs, woohoo!)

I know how you feel - haven't driven mine since the end of November. One of these days the streets will be clear and I'll get it out - even if it is only for a short drive.
I feel your pain, put mine away at the beginning of Nov And its at a buddys shop, not at home. I can go up and look at it, but not the same as having it the garage.
I guess that is the silver lining to storing the car all winter, when spring comes it makes you appreicate having the car all over again, and it's sort of like new again

Mine too...been covered since October, yikes, can't wait for Spring, but here it means late April maybe mid May. Monument, Co @ 7,600 ft.
I understand what ya mean. Even though we can still drive them here in TX, my enjoyment has been compromised. I don't like driving with the windows up and being able to hear outside. Having to keep the windows up means I can't blast the music and feel the wind.
I haven't driven mine in a little over two months (unless you count backing out of the garage a few times to reposition the car for things like a header install and waxing and etc...).
I won't get back onto the road until April. Sometimes it's depressing... knowing I have these new headers but unable to road-test... BUT: The first day I get to drive it again each spring, is JUST LIKE the first day I ever drove a Corvette period! It's so worth it. It's like buying a new corvette every single year!
I do feel fortunate that I can "store" my car in my garage. I love walking down there just to look at it and go "wow, that's cool." If I had to store it off-site, I'm sure I would be substantially more frustrated.
