How long have you had the car? If I were you, I would do a complete flush. Drain it and get as much out as you can. Fill with distilled water run to temp and drain again. Be careful removing cap as fluid will spew out and burn you. Repeat until water is clear when you drain it. Then fill with the proper amount of anti freeze. Check after driving to make sure the level is where it should be.

Lower right side accessed from behind the radiator. They are plastic. Some have a 1/4 square hole and some have a flat thumb screw handle. Just be careful when you try to loosen it. There is a tiny pin that follows a slot in the housing that pulls it out. When you close it, be careful not to break the pin off. You can actually see the pin if you stick your head in far enough. If you do a search there are a few pics.
