I know there was a thread close to this one, but anyways, I have taken the winter to mod. my interior. The parts I ordered from Carskinz are AMAZING. I highly recommend Chris and his truly Quality work. I will have pics up asap. But anyways I had also ordered a steering wheel decal from west coast corvette and it did not last but a week on my car without falling off. It was only 25 bucks with shipping but still. Does anyone know where I can get a good steering wheel decal that will last? Please let me know.
From now on, I will make sure to check on all mods before buying, Does anyone else have a mod they regret or DO NOT recommend?
it would really help to have feedback on such items. Thanks guys!

Try Randy at HRW Motorsports (forum member blacksedan87). I got a Cyberdine decal from him and put it on my steering wheel. That was back in November and from all indications it is not coming off anytime soon.

These 3D decals are very good quality! I've had mine on three years and it still looks good. Be careful when you clean around it though because you can catch the tips of the flags which will cause them to fray a little. I bought two decals at the time, so I have one in waiting.
I also tried one of the flat decals from WCC and they are a pain in the butt to install. Also, you need to make sure your steering wheel is nice a warm when you install it. If this is a winter mod and your car is in a cold garage, you might want to wait until the summer.
I agree with jrose7004, surface prep is very important. I've had mine on for over 3 yrs & its as good as ever. (hot & humid Tx & now cold & dry Illinois). I used tweezers to position it without getting my fingers on the adhesive.
