IMHO,That would have to be done by a Pro...I'm currently doing an interior makeover, but not to that extent....just enough to bring this late 90's cockpit into this decade. I should be done by April...just the alcantara door panel lowers have taken me 2 weeks, off and on...it is very painstaking, not to mention unhealthy if you don't get along with razor blades.
I have done about 80 percent of mine and it aint cheap. the dash, and a few other small pieces are all I have left to do and I probably have close to 10K in everything.
new seat covers, radio surround, console base, lid, steering wheel, door panels, a-pillars, sun visors.
Who did your door panels? I've been talking to Jersey about possibly doing mine in a couple of months. Still waiting to see how he does on a replacement wheel with airbag cover...
I have several alcantra accents and actually had Carskinz cover my A-pillars with top 1/3 in black alcantra. I eventually would like to replace GM 'fuzzy' material with alcantra there. Caravaggio did my visors, seats, center console and driver bolster. I've been doing this as I can afford it, plan on keeping the car for awhile...

dsv doors
im trying to find a core to send him to do my airbag, but maybe when I get the dash done, i will send it all up there.
TOOGECKO, did you have to send you seats for cores or did you buy them outright?
I sent John (Caravaggio) my seats when he was ready to put the covers on. He recommended this as I'm sure you have seen, it's not as easy as it looks. I've seen some beautiful seat covers look like crap because the do-it-yourselfer couldn't get the wrinkles out. John also told me he did not like using cores because he's had people send in cores that were ragged and he did not want to put his name on them for the next guy- can't blame him.
their stuff is awesome, but as stated above, you must love the C5 to go this far into modding an interior because you can easily get past the cost of the car itself.
