Just curious, do they automatically lower the replacement value every year to reflect depreciation?

NOPE

It's an agreed value policy with NO annual mileage limit.

You have to be 25 and have to have another car as your designated DD

I had it at 60K and being out of work was trying to reduce our $ output. So I reduced it to 30K and it went from $800.00 to $405.00 per year. Also there are no restrictions on how many miles you drive.
