Commemorative Edition Question
When the dealer checked my son's new to him 04 vert's VIN number he said it was a commemorative edition. I don't see any special badging inside or outside of the Vette. How can I tell and what is special about a commemorative edition?

The 2004 Commemorative Edition coupes & convertibles were Lemans Blue w/ shale interior.
The outside emblems & seat emblems look like this:

If it doesn't have those things, it's not a commemorative edition car.

The CE did have special badging from the factory. The hood and rear deck emblems had have inserts that say Commemorative and sewn across the upper back of the seats is the word Commemorative. The car color is Lemans Blue and on the glove box door is the RPO code sticker which would have RPO code Z15.
Most were loaded to the hilt with options.

Not even close. It is Artic White both according to the RPO codes and appearance. I wish it was Lemans Blue as that is my favorite color. Maybe the dealer hit the wrong button on his computer. Thanks for all of the replies.

CE option was a couple Thousand $$$, IIRC. Should have a higher price point as a used car compared to a base car.
Hope you didn't pay a premium thinking you were getting a CE.
