Default Help needed on Halltech CAI

Hi All,

a guy here at the german Corvetteforum is selling this CAI by Halltech, does anybody know for sure that it works in a 2004 Z06 LS6? Or is that a CAI for older achines? Is it needed to drill a hole in the original airfilter cover with this system?

Thanks a lot!

Regards
Oliver

Im not 100% sure, but ive never seen the little elbow before. I would just think you remove your stock airfilter and housing and just throw this in place and the filter is placed where the old airfilter and housing go.

the intake in the picture is not the latest Halltech. Go to their website and look at the pics and you'll see a huge difference in the size of the filter.
For 50 bucks I would buy the one in the picture-and then go buy the official Halltech filter ($80)-any more than that he can keep it
