Rear TPS Programing

When I picked up a new set of wheels and tires a couple years ago, I forgot to take my TPMS sensors out of the old wheels.
Now that I'm replacing my rear tires (fronts where replaced recently because of a flat, didnt have time to order sensors) I just went ahead and ordered 2 sensors/nuts from GMPartsDirect.

The reason I'm posting this thread; is it possible to program ONLY the rear sensors?
Looking at the procedure for reprogramming, the front tires need to be done first.
Is there a way to skip them in the procedure? Or should I just do the rear tires twice?

thats going to be hard to so with 2 sensors

You can just break the bead to add sensors to the fronts if you want.

Otherwise if you just do the rears twice you will get errors for the missing fronts
