headers
does kooks make good headers. would u recomend them for a 2002 z06?

Yes....as do American Racing, LG, and Dynatech. Those are the top 4 in no particular order.

I have the Kooks on my 02 Z06. Awesome headers, best for the money IMO, I did a lot of research.
Kinda hard to install though

theres a shop that will sell and install for $1850. Sound resonable?

Good gosh man... $1850 for Kooks, install?? surely that is with a tune, dyno?

i'm betting that at that price ( considering it has an x pipe and cats) there is no tune incluced

Doesnt come with cats but it does come with a tune

I think that's fair.
$1200 for Kooks, $400 for install, $250 for tune
Pretty standard to me. I would do it...

This might help. 4 years ago the previous owner of my 02 Z06 paid 1849.00 for Kooks and X pipe installed with cats. They still look like new and it sounds great.

mine is at england green having 1 3/4 american racing w/cats and a tune put on this week!!!
