Probably just set back on there by the tow company, it probably winged off early in the crash... *edit beat to the punch...

Don't you remember that? It was all over the news, as the guys "personal" police force whisk him away right after the accident before the real police showed up, there was something about his citizenship status and even the cars status as I believe it was supposed to be in Europe or something not legally imported...
