I want to put a shift **** from a stick on my A4.Any pic's?Help

That looks like a A4, Not an A6. If you have a A4 you can get an adaptor to mount any **** on to it.

There are a few vendors out there that sell the adaptor to put a shift **** designed for a manual tranny onto the A4.
