Nice find - maybe you could find out what it means.
It means Allahu Akbar = God is Great.
It's the Iraqi flag.
EDIT: To clarify though, that's the Iraqi flag as it was under Saddam, not the current one or the one they used immediately after our liberation of them.

Cool find. I sent an emblem to a fellow vette lover when I sent a few care packages last year. Wanted to know if they ever did anything fun like put it on a tank or something.
