I have come to the conclusion that the worst designed product I have bought for my Corvette is the Comp Cam Belt tensioner. I struggled for hours the first time I installed it and had to go get a friend to help me finally get it on and I had to replace my alternator and can't get the belt on again. If they would have designed a 1" more adjustment in it , no problems. It not like there are alot of parts to get a hold of to try and roll the belt on. It does look good when installed it just such a pain to install. Thanks for letting me vent.

Thanks got one today but will have to wait because I'm waiting on an alternator. Stll think it poorly engineered. Didn't they try and install a stock belt when they prototyped it. I just replaced the belt 6 mo. ago.
