Need help removing windsheild cowl

Need help removing windsheild cowl
I'll be picking up my new windsheild cowl tomorrow and I need to know how to remove the pins that hold it down. I don't want to try to remove them till I find out the proper way to remove them. I removed the wipers with no problem. Thanks for any help. Bill

Thanks I didn't want to do more damage
The reason for the new cowl .... Foot slipped out while drying the car and caught myself by putting my hand down on the cowl to stop from falling
