Me thinks someone was getting ready to have their car repainted or something similar so thought they'd have a little fun first. Surely no one would spray paint that bad and use red tape like that. However, that dragon on the hood is to die for.

That all looks like tempera paint and stick on stuff,,,I hope!! Might have been done for a high School pep rally or something like that,,again ,,I hope!! Otherwise it may be the beginning of and art car

If the owner of this rig shows up, I would beat hasty retreat. He has to be totally nuts and probably escaped from some mental institution!! One thing for sure, no one will vandalize that thing for fear of the owner tracking him down.
