Clearly a guy who can afford to completely destroy a Corvette is making a statement about the crappy car. He is basically comparing it to some ricer Honda. He probably commutes in this and drives a Ferrari on the weekends. I don't see anyone just comfortable enough to afford a Corvette doing this.

It looks like a joke, the paint looks like water color and the other stuff is taped on, I think...Looks like the C5 hit a JCWhitney catalog head on and it added all the cheap little chrome do das... I think it just has to be a joke.. I know in the Philippines, they had jeeps that kinda looked like that C5, they called them Jeepnee's... look like s(*t...if you ask me.
