Quad tip vs double tip difference?

Quad tip vs double tip difference?

I was looking at Magnaflow exhaust systems at corvette guys.com and got slightly confused. One system is Magnaflow Corvette Magnapack w/ Tru-X, which had 2 tips , the other is basically identical except it had quad tip instead. The price of the double tip is 500$ and the price of the one with quad tip is 1300$.
If anybody knows please explain it to me how can one be so much more expensive than the other? Is there a difference as far as HP goes between the two? Why?

The dual tip has just resonators basicly, the other has mufflers, making it more money. If you want loud the magnaflow with mufflers is not the way to go.
