I think the flat black looks kick ***! If I did it to mine I would do it with a wrap. That way if you get sick of it you could easily go back to the stock color.
Lol. Looks like we are 50/50 here! Just thinking of changing the color to something you can't buy at the dealership. It's this or lime green, orange don't think that's me.

Ok, here we go!! Im 21 and let me be the first to say that I LOVE that orange 'vette!!! Looks sick!! (For you old guys, sick means cool) Just kidding..slightly The green 'vette looks pretty cool as well, might look better with some different wheels.
O yeah, as far as the flat black goes, I like it. Id rather have flat black and drive her like she was made to driven and not have to worry about a shine than have a gloss black (which I do) and worry about keepin her clean. Just my .02

I'd wrap b4 painting too. Viper was done by a shop in Dallas, I'm going to see if they can do me a CF exhaust panel. Heres some of their work, btw, a vehicle wrap is about $2500 or at least this P-car was.
I didn't know they could get that carbon fiber look with a wrap? Doing the hood in CF and the rest in flat would be mad max to the max :-) I wonder how the wrap material holds up as far as rocks and bugs etc...
the whole flat black thing is all a matter of opinion. personally i think it looks VERY hard. but those who do not like it probly have crome wheels and crome badges on theier cars. myself i think crome/polished things belong on harleys not sports cars.
