Welcome aboard! I think the price seems a little high. I bought my 2002 1SC Z51 coupe with 31,000 miles for $22,000 two years ago and the car was pretty much perfect inside and out. Look around there are good deals out there you just have to stay on top of it as the good ones don't stay around long.

That sounds like a nice price on a car with only 14k miles, possibly a bit high. I am the proud owner of 2 '98 convertibles that I love (each for different reasons).
I would check out the history of the car with Car-Fax and with a GM-VIS report. There are a number of members here that have access to do this. The VIS report will give you origination and historical information (build-date, ordering dealer, in service date, equipment list, etc.) and service history (all work performed under the original warranty as well as any work done by the dealer paid for by the customer).
That's really not information to go on to determine fair value but on the surface just slightly high, it depends on what condition and what options.
You can get a list of the RPO options by copying them off the placard under the small rear compartment panel covers. That's a start. It probably has original tires, consider that as those may be time to replace simply because of age. And depending on the brand/type tire you would install can run you upwards to $1500.
If you can get more info on the vehicle, let's us know there are many here who can help you know more about the vehicle before buying.
14k original miles, car appears flawless as I would expect with those miles. It is an auto with the F45 suspension, sport seats, power seats, in Torch Red with Light Oak interior and top.
Also has the Cassette with the CD changer in the trunk. Does not have the dual climate control.
With 14,000 on the clock .... I would say it was a garage queen, (that's if the Carfax checked out clean). IMO most GQ Vettes are highly maintained by their owners, most likely not abused and so you're going to see the selling price on the high side. If it doesn't leak fluids because it has been sitting too long (give it a good drive) and it's looking flawless - it maybe worth it. 14K miles is almost like new. Good Luck; and if you end up buying it.... Welcome to the club
BTW - You may want to replace the tires if they are original. 12 years on tires is close to their shelf life.
