Default Fikse Wheels

I am proud and excited to announce that HRW Motorsports is now a Fikse Wheels dealer! For those of you unfamiliar with Fikse Wheels, they have been manufacturing high quality, light weight aluminum alloy modular and mono-block wheels in the U.S. since 1992. Recently - Fikse closed their operation.....another unfortunate victim of the down turned economy.

Fikse was purchased by a Canadian investor and they have resumed manufacturing operations in British Columbia. The new Fikse has introduced the availability of 20" wheels and has some really exciting new designs on the drawing boards. In the mean time - the existing line will compliment our C5's and C6's beautifully.

Fikse‘s TechniPolish standard finish, which features an ultra-strong, liquid cured clearcoat on the diamond turned center section. The mirror polished rims are left polished and uncoated to allow for touch-ups as needed in case of minor scrapes.

Fikse's Race Satin finish - is a durable satin anodized finish that is the recommended finish for professional racing applications and offers a strong, resilient finish on both center and rim sections. Race satin is available as an optional upgrade.

Race Black is Fikse's most aggressive, performance driven look. Race black anodized finish is an optional upgrade that features dramatic deep black anodized finish on both center and rim sections.

Full Polish is Fikse's most brilliant look possible, the Full Polish process includes custom mirror polishing of the center section and mirror polished rims. Machining of the center is done after polish for a distinctive subtle contrast between the mirror polish and machined edges.

Here are pics of the current offerings.....

For photos of Corvettes with Fikse wheels installed - please visit Fikse's site click here.

Pricing - just like the wheels, is highly customized depending on size, finish and other options. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss your choices, my contact information is in my signature. Thanks!

Randy

Awesome wheels, and actually considering what you get - a reasonable price compared to some of the higher priced brands.

Thanks!

This may be a stupid question but I am still in the learning phase. Can these wheels take regular tires instead of run flats and can the tires be installed by a common tire shop?

The wheels will accommodate run flats or non-run flats, really doesn't matter. As far as using a "common tire shop" - I would strongly recommend that you consider using a shop that has state of the art tire mounting equipment.......these wheels like all other custom wheels are not like a steel rim that you'd find on a regular car. The equipment as well as the operator should be someone that is familiar with high end wheels and knows how to mount a tire using the latest "touchless" equipment.

If a wheel is scratched or gouged because of mishandling, the tire shop should be liable for the damages. Being a polished aluminum wheel - mishandling will be quickly evident.

And BTW - the only stupid question is the one unasked....

Glad to see Fiske is is up and running again and available. I have a set of Aro's and was worried if something happened to them after they shut down. All the best to the new owners, great wheels.
