Four Seasons comments
My aunt and uncle from New York came to town for a wedding. My wife and I met them today for lunch at their hotel, the Atlanta Four Seasons, the only 5-star hotel in Atlanta.
Pulled up to the valet stand- a shiny new Porsche 911 and all kinds of Mercedes, Lexus, Beemers, Jags, etc. were present and are obviously common fare for this swanky place.
When I got out of the car, several people waiting for their fancy cars said "looking good!", "nice ride", and the best one: "damn that sounds good!". Felt like a celebrity.
I told my wife how amazing it was to pull up at the fanciest hotel in Atlanta in a 13-year-old Chevy and get such a reception.
