Need replacement molding for window sill
My C5 drivers side molding is broken and I can't find a replacement for it. It is the trim on the outside of the door where the window enters the door shell. Everytime I roll the window down and then up, it pulls the molding with it. No replacements available from Chevrolet or Ecklers, didn't even see it listed on MAD. Any suggestions? Is it possible to repair this molding?

Do you have any pictures?? There are little tabs on the mld that slide in a slot for removal.. (learned the hard way/broke some upon removal) I believe you could get some 3m weatherstrip adhesive and try that. make sure you dont roll window till completely dry. Or you could pull the door panel and see if you can find the little stubs in the bottom of door and glue them back to mld..
