Stop by the dealership prior to install and pick up 2 just in case. I Just did this last week installing an aftmkt exhaust. Advanced Auto didn't have them and they recommended the dealership. Have them - don't open them and examine the condition of the gaskets when you remove the exhaust. If they look really good - keep the existing and take back the ones from dealership. They cost me $26 for 2 (not cheap) but mine were good probably because I was going from stock to aftmkt.(first change out) and I only had 12k miles. Your mileage and since they have been changed out already may dictate you to change out. They are a substantial gasket that are pretty solid.
Good luck!
So just the basic exhaust gasket from the dealer? Anyone else get this from a basic auto parts store? I'd rather go to the local O'Reilly than the dealer.

Yeah,,you get screwed at the dealer,,$12+tax,,,for EACH gasket!! A member posted a while back that he went to Advanced Auto Parts and got Walker gaskets part # 1873,,,for $4 each!! Any store that carries Walker(should be just about all) should have or be able to get them for you!!
Local O'Reilly and Advance Auto didn't have them. Both said I'd have to head to the dealer. My closest dealer is closed Sat. May just be reusing the old ones. I wanted to have the new ones handy just in case they were needed.
I paid under a dollar each for my gaskets at Advance auto... the photo of the part with number is athome, but search under my id... i have posted it several times before...

When I installed a set of B&Bs on my '00, I just reused the stock gaskets and they worked just fine. I guess it would depend on how many miles are on your car - for the few dollars it costs to get new ones, you might just want to get them and not have to worry about it.
