Is your car stock for the most part? If so, I'd love to hear what it sounds like after you get this mod. I want to do it too, but I'd like to hear before I do. Also, let us know if there's any droning or if it's any louder at cruise on the freeway.

Its not to stock.medium size cam, supercharged, long tubes, x-pipe.I just want some more sound out of her.I honestly think 2 mufflers and 4ft of pipe should cost 1k or more for aftermarket

That's a typo right? It "shouldn't" cost that much? Because if so, I totally agree. I don't understand how mufflers for all other cars would normally be $100, but it's 10x as much for C5 Corvettes.

Right. I know... Aftermarket muffler systems are way over-priced. I don't get how they justify $500 per muffler.

my car is mostly stock. intake, ls6 intake mani, ported tb, b&b shorties, corsa x-pipe, modded ti-exhaust, and a custom tune. i absolutely LOVE how it sounds. purrs like a kitten at idle and really comes to life under throttle. i daily drive it spring/summer/fall and its not too loud at all. the ti's really have a unique sound to them you wont hear in any other system. the bypass mod does not remove the unique sound of the exhaust, it just makes it a tad louder. there is not much difference in loudness at idle and low rpms. i would also highly recommend the corsa x-pipe. it makes this system sound even better.

I have a contact in East Texas that does them by mail order. If that would work, let me know and I'll post up the info.

the loud mouth quad tip single walled ovals. as for selling it, i have a guy pretty interested in buying it so i would say for now that it is not available but if he decides otherwise, i'll take $400 for it. thanks for the price, i plan to contact them tomorrow for sure and maybe drop it off by tuesday.

i can keep you informed on the slp if you're interested and the other guys backs down.
