Not really what I would call normal wear and tear, but caused by a manufacturing issue and exacerbated by a vibration in the exhaust system. Is the rubber mount deformed where the muffler is mounted to the chassis? Are the rear hangers still intact that connect to the tranny/diff?

Just be very cautious getting it welded. If not done right the weld will just crack open (likely bigger) because the titanium will become extremely brittle....don't ask me how I know.

Funny... I was going to buy the LGStreets and keep the original mufflers but it looks like I'll have to add a new set of mufflers as well...
