Will this work?
I am looking for a ECBM for my 2001 Corvette, have found two used ones that work....one is from 2002 and the other from 2004. Will either of these work in my 2001 without anything having to be re-programmed? I do not want to get one of these, put it in, then have message still onboard. Would they have to be programmed to my year?
I do not know if you can just simply take one out of a similar year, knowing that they are essentially the same part, and sub the older year.
