The base is still inside the socket? If so I've had luck using needle nose pliers to remove a broken base.

You will have to order an new connector and then cut of the old one and splice on the new one. won't be hard.

You might try NAPA for a new plug.

I have the same problem. GMPartsHouse only shows a replacement harness for $93. It doesn't appear that there is a pigtail available for that harness.
You might try salvage or PM somebody on here who is parting out a car.

autozone sells them for atound $10 bucks,
I replaced one a few weeks ago.
all you do is cut the old wire and splice the new one in.
at my local store they are back next to the bulbs where they have a big section of sockets and other connectors.

An auto parts store may have a replacement at a cheaper price than a dealer.

Oh hey I'm finding pigtails all over the place.
It should be 3-wire, not 2. Looks like it's GM part # 12003759. <<<--- THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT PART NUMBER
Rockauto has them for $4, Autozone says they are special order.
EDIT:
The one I ordered from Rockauto was wrong. Apparently this was for the rear. I went to an AC Delco store today and they did not show any Dorman parts for the bulb socket. Only the Delco, which was $40 or so.

Use half a potatoe. I'm far from kidding. Make sure you push it on hard. Usually works for busted bulbs in the house, Get small one though. Obviously a fresh one.

I already ordered it from Rockauto. I needed some speedbleeders and they had them so I just ordered it with those.
