Another Vette and driver**
bite the dust. Sad day for the family.
BANDERA CO. TX -- A chase ends in a fiery crash that leaves a San Antonio man dead, officials said. It was just before 9:00 p.m. Saturday when a DPS Trooper clocked a driver going more than 90mph in a 50mph zone along Park Road 37 in Bandera County.
Officials with the Texas Department of Public Safety say the trooper was in pursuit of 32-year-old Daniel Estrada, who was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Corvette, when he lost sight of the vehicle at a curve in the road.
Investigators say when the trooper came around the curve he saw the vehicle had hit several road signs and was on fire. Estrada was inside the car and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Tis sad,,in an idyllic world, stupid would not include the death penalty. But in the real world,,bad things can and do happen!!Glad he did not hurt any innocent victims!! At 32 he should know better!! Condolences to the family!!
