I read the threads here everyday and have to ask: How many of you have just left the vette stock or maybe made a minimal mod?
FYI: I have a stock 01 that has remained that way for about nine years. It needs new floor mats so it might get a new "mod" mat. I love it as it is. It's a Corvette and that in itself is pretty cool. So anyone else avoiding the mod disease?
I have a 98 targa pretty much all stock. I've aready owned it for one whole month too. Stock is a short lived phrase around here. I've got a corsa axle back sitting in my room and a thunder racing cam and springs going in this weekend. LOL.

Mine is all stock. Only "Mods" I am doing is replacing the stereo system and painting the calipers. I figure that is going to be the only mods I do to it. I am like you, I love it as is.

Originally put Depo's on when I got my 99 'vert back in March of this year. Ran them for 3 weeks, put the pop-ups back on when I found a nice set of factory magnesiums. Now she's all stock....and staying that way.
I too have not a single mod. Still have the original rock hard noisy tires, too much tread left to justify a purchase other than the age of them and safety factor if pushed.
I do love them all; bone stockers, highly modded, and everything in between.
The forum here has them all, and all respect and admire one another for their cars as they are.
I said I would leave mine stock.....that lasted about 3 months.....
I can appreciated an all stock car just like I can a heavily modified, its all in the owners preference. sometimes I wish I had all of the money I spent on mods....
With all the activity on this forum, I glad to see others haven't gone overboard with the mods. I do not have a problem with the mods just wondered after years of watching the forum, if everyone had taken the plunge.
I am not alone...
BTW: I have also added the CLB (I forgot it) and repaired my window door control modules with the info obtained here. I would like to say "thank you" to everyone for posting so much about the vettes. I learn more about my car everyday and without you all, I would be stuck with the chevy dealer repairs and no other source of repair info... I'm sure the dealer would cost me a boat load of money.

Nothing at all wrong with leaving the car completely stock - it's one fine automobile that way too. I find it hard to resist making at least some changes to the car to make it more personalized to my taste.
Being somewhat young (24)... my car's dont stay stock for very long. lol. But I tend to mod with reliability in mind since i use my vette as a daily driver.
