What's it worth ???
A guy I know is having a new Z06 crate motor from Chevy put in his 2004 coupe 6 speed. Does this make the car worth more or less due to it not being an OEM engine that came in the car.

Franks Corvette's in Spring is doing the change out,I sure he knows what he is doing..I am sure we are talking about the 405HP LS engine he is going to put in.

C5s have zero value as collectables right now. They are depreciating just like any other used car.
A factory new engine with a warranty will add value to the car. Especially if it is professionally installed and documentation is in hand.
