I have the rotor had already painted and a pretty set of drilled/slotted rotors ready to go on.
I did a search on about 5 different terms and every time i got through Page 2 with no threads that matched. however this one comes up first. maybe i can solve the next guy's problem with black on black on black.
I too have an all black car. interior, windows and paint. just chrome wheels.
black car chrome wheels and red calipers go together like bacon eggs and homefries. [unless you have a cholesterol problem]
duplicolor makes a brush on kit with everything you need, nice shade of red too. no disconnecting brake lines or taping up for overspray. seems pretty durable. most auto parts stores should have it. got mine at napa.
I saw one with yellow... it looked sickening. I'd sell the car first. black on black on black car, I'm NOT changing interior colors. any additions to the interior will be suade.
as for not taking the brake lines off... hard to not do when your changing the pistons and brake lines.. so they will be off anyway.

oh. if it was just painting calipers that product saves a lot of work. if they're coming off anyway that's a whole different story.
I have a spare set of calipers and have also been trying to decide what to do with them. I put a couple of hours into polishing one of them and it turned out very nice. However, I still can't decide. OEM for now I guess.
personally, i think red and yellow clash hideously. matching body color or black would be my vote. silver wouldn't be dark enough. dark gray might work nice though.
1st painted mine red for a few years....then changed to black....did see a black C5 at a carshow that had the calipers powder coated white with black lettering....looked..
