A lot of people will tell you to take the headlight out or jack the car up and take the bottom apart but that is just too much work and completely unnecessary. Here's the easiest way unless you have the hands of a giant.

or just raise your headlight and reach down..you may have to remove the hood adjuster real quick to get your wrist in there but it's about the same as doing it through the brake vent opening accept you can see..
