I have a 2000 corvette. it has been intermittently starting. the dealer could not figure out the cause. they did replace my multi-function switch.
Since then, still starting off and on. I opened the car door and the radio started playing. Had no keys in the ignition, car was not on. All the lights on the dash work also air/heater working, blinkers work, headlights work, door locks work, displays work, wipers work.
There is no interior lights. The hatch light does not work. Windows do not work. Radio does not work now. Hood light does not work. No reading, visor or overhead lighting.
Run the codes and post them. It may be the wires in the accordian tube in the drivers door. If you have LDCM and RDCM codes it's the first place to look.

Here's a suggestion - PM your issues and what you have found so far to forum member Bill Curlee - he is a very knowledgeable person on the C5 electronics.
I assume you checked the fuses for those functions? All your codes are history codes so theres nothing current
The big thing to check, particularly as you mentioned that the radio came on when you opened the door is the wiring in the rubber gaiter in the door hinge. The wires in there can be damaged and chafe causing a short to ground. Pull back the gaiter, check for chafing and re-seat the connectors.
If thats not it, then I think you may have an issue with grounds. That said, normally with power transients you'd have more U codes.
My 2000 automatic vette currently doesn't start normally. When I get in the vehicle, some of the functions work (door locks, dash lights, heads-up display, heater/AC, wipers, headlights) and some don't (windows, all interior lights, hood light, hatch release). Odd thing is that when I put my wipers on high, the car will start. When they are on low or int, the car will not start. I repeated this test many times in a row with the same result. Another odd thing is when i opened the car door after not being in the vehicle for approx. 24 hours with no keys, the radio turned on. Also, before I learned how to start it with the wipers on high, i got stranded a couple of times. one time I rocked the vehicle and one time a tow truck jostled it a bit when hooking it up and the car started both times right away. When I get the car running, I have no problems with any functions.
Is the VATS operating normally? Do you have a security light on until you rock the car? If so could it be the inhibit switch on the manual gearbox thats causing the no start?
Those functions dont seem to be related. Weird. You still need to check the door hinge. Thats the cause of many random electrical gremlins
