i like the gloss black rear but i would leave the letters black also.

use a wax remover first.

the taping is critical.

good luck.

now you can sell the black plastic piece you have on there now. ;-)

i hope you are making your son help you with the prep.

I would but the drive out would be way over my allowed mileage. I dont like putting over 20 miles on her in a week. Plus it must be in a garage at night. Good luck with it and post pics as soon as you can.

Sorry, the black I can take, but the added reflectors just look tacky.

Looking a little closer, it looks like a license plate from somewhere other than the US. Maybe the added lights are required by law or something. The area for the backup lights is used for the plate.

true but the backup lights are incorporated into the taillights... so you would think the "extra" red lights or reflectors were someones idea

buttoned every thing up today. I really like how it looks. I still have to put a red pinstripe around the black where it meets the silver and have to order my stripe kit for the hood and fenders. Sorry for the bad picture had to use my cell phone.

As far as the big reflectors on the back go on the inside of the fascia there are scribed cutouts so if the car goes overseas its a easy addition
