"I Got Fangs"

You are right, paint will not sick to them and neither will the pavement
or parking blocks. They will just slide very smoothly.

Also they aren't totally white when installed, the black skid plate kind of turns them light gray when the black shows through.
Here is a link where we have a few pictures and a video where
you can watch us beat them up.

Thanks!

They do get scratched up but it just doesn't show unless you look real close. I will post a photo of the ones used in this video on our website.
The videos show only two test. We actually did a lot more thrashing.

I also like it that you show exactly how your product works in the videos. Great name play on the white plastic, too!

Pictures sent to your contact info E-mail of my Fangs attached.
Neighbor came and asked me what I was doing the night he saw me working on my car, I told him I installed Fangs. He had too get on the ground to see them.....
He said, they would rip apart the first curb I hit.....I showed him the videos on the saccitycorvette site......he said that's got to be the toughest plastic he's ever seen. I told him it was a new material called undestructium.

I got only one close up picture, did you send more than one? Do you have one from a little further back so we can get the over all look?
Thanks a lot!

One is taken with a flash and the other without flash. No real gouges, just a little abrasion. Keep in mind these videos were not the only abuse this Fang was put though.

Here is the video.

Regarding the white color: Everyone has different degrees of "analness" when it comes to their cars and I swear a few of the guys here are borderline OCD, but I could care less about them being white. They're not that noticable, guys. Vette front ends are so low and the undercarriage is almost never illuminated unless very early morning or late evening sunlight is bouncing off the road. When people spot a C5, there are so many good looking things to eyeball, I seriously doubt someone would focus on two small grayish looking things hiding up underneath your front end.
My bars were pretty ate up but you can't tell it now. (not that anyone is really laying on their bellies looking anyway!) If I had a C5 with pristeen bars or a new C6 with the aluminum scrape bars and was worried about keeping them that way, I'd put these things on to keep them looking like new. I haven't owned them long enough to say how well they'll hold up long term, but no more metallic scraping coming out of my driveway or leaving Starbucks has made me a happy lil cruiser.
Awesome product, Christian. These Fangs sound just like the plastic air dam and you don't feel that metallic grinding sound vibrating through your entire frame.
