It was always down in Vegas other than when I washed it. Now its normally up in the garage. We've had a great Summer this year so its been down for the first time since I got back to UK. With the heated seats I drop the top as often as I can when I'm driving.
The top is still looking good and it only gets an annual cleaning.

something else that nobody has talked about yet, that is riding with the windows down and the top up. This is not good for the top. Ever seen a convertable go down the road with the top up and it looks like a coliseum roof?

and BAM!!! Outfrom the trunk jumps the cat. holy shi!!! Graben gears and wild cat, what an experance. Cats n cars don't mix.
Any way, check the trunk before you drive!!!

I just walked out into my garage and pulled the top up on my 01 vert. It does have creases or some type of scuffs on it from inside the trunk. The scuffs are on both sides at the location where the rear wheel wells are. Nothing is damaged but it does have slight marks on it. Black top btw so maybe it shows up better.
