Re-train them. Take the first one, hold down the lock and unlock buttons until the horn chirps, then do the second one.

Try reprogramming them by going through the DIC menu - the procedure is in your owner's manual. If you don't have a manual, you can download one for free from www.gmpartshouse.com.

If that doesn't work - either you have two bad fobs or the receiver in the car is not working properly.

Did you do something where you disconnected the car battery? That could do it.

Because you took the batteries out. The fobs don't hold memory without the batteries in. The car didn't lose the programming, your fob did. If the car loses the programming, you'll have to go through the DIC(like Jack stated above) to re-program the fobs to the car.
Also, if you unhook your battery on the car for any length of time you will have to re-train te fobs, and re-set your settings.

That is not correct, unhooking the battery in the car briefly will cause the car and fob to lose "sync". They can normally be resynched using the lock/unlock buttons. If the battery is disconnected for an extended period of time you wil have to fully reprogram.
